German Film Week 2016 in Bangkok

The Goethe-Institut Thailand together with Paragon Cineplex are once again hosting the annual German Film Week. This will offer you the chance to watch a contemporary German movie every day for a whole week. Seven days, seven movies.

The opening film is “Who am I-No System is safe” (2014) by Baran bo Odar. It will be shown on Monday 7th March at 7pm following an opening reception at 6pm. Other highlights include award-winning films “Jack” (Edward Berger, 2014) and “The Age of Cannibals” (Johannes Naber, 2014. The closing film, “Patong Girl” (Susanna Salonen, 2014), is the interesting and humourous account of culture clash encountered by a German family visiting Thailand.

Dates: March 7 – 13, 2016 at 7 PM at
Venue: Paragon Cineplex, Siam Paragon.
Tickets: 120 THB (Premium) and 150 THB (Privilege Chair) German with English Subtitles
