If one hires a motor bike, the small 100-125cc bikes that you hire off the guy at the edge of the street, and you get into a problem, ie. its your fault that you caused a car to swerve in the ditch and that person, well you get the drift, who covers this insurance wise, what implications are there etc? I'm absolutely sure the bike company doesnt have insurance or do they.
Forget fault and Insurance.....
If you the farang were not in Thailand the accident would not have happened.....
Therefore you are here in Thailand = your fault you pay.
