I bought my glasses (varifocals) at Top Charoen for ten years; very speedy service, good quality. Plenty of branches. Any of them would do the job you request.
The prices were also exceptionally good...until the exchange rate took a tumble!
I have also used Top and been very happy with price and quality. Many times they have specials and they give an additional discount to regular customers. I also like that there are a variety of shops throughout Thailand and they will adjust for free (as will most). They also give me extra nosebridge replacement pieces and many times have some type of promotion going. I have gotten jackets and bags etc, which the Thai guys seem to love.
