Try Bangkok Hospital on Petchburi - new dental clinic and I have had work done there for several years. Also Bangkok Chirstian Hospital on Silom has good dental clinic. Most of dental staff in addition to Thai Dental School have foreign advanced training. TJ
I have been going to Promjai Dental for 4 or 5 years. You can make an apointment via the web site.

Bangkok Nursing Home or BNH on Soi Convent (off Silom) is excellent and reasonably priced.
