Hi all!

A sudden change in my schedule has left me with a window of a couple of days open this week including New Years. At such a late date would it be possible to find a decent basic room for 3 - 4 nights, especially New Years? I prefer staying at Jomtien but I just emailed my favorite place, Siam House, and they are unsurprisingly booked. I prefer Jomtien but would be willing to stay up in town if necessary.

Just wonder if anyone with info on hotels/guesthouses knows about vacancies this week. I prefer to stick to the 800-1000 baht range but at this late date I realize I may have to go up significantly.

Any knowledge or suggestions would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance for any replies!
