Condo's

Can anyone give the pro's & con's of the following condo's for rental:

Yensabi - Pattaya
Jomtien Beach Condo' - Jomtien
View Talay 1/2 - Jomtien

other recommendations would be appreciated.

I am looking for a condo, studio, tiled floor (no carpets), king or queen bed, cable tv, air con, price baht 10,000 to 20,000 per month for two to three months starting 26th May. I prefer Jomtien but would consider Pattaya.
