I have a 30 square meter Condo to let on Jomtiem Beach Road close to Soi 10. The room is fully furnished, air con and on the 13th floor on the shaded side of the building with panoramic views of Jomtiem Beach and Pattaya. Also there is a very large swimming pool with restaurant and bar.
Prefer to let long term but will consider short term. Rent will determined by the length of rental period.

Don't worry, Billy -- I'm sure Xpat would be happy to throw some straw down on the floor, and you'll feel right at home.
I will supply bed linen and towels for short term rentals but I am not desperate enough to rent to a fool like you Billy. Go and pester someone else, I don't need you!
