Pattaya SanSuk Sauna info please

HI;
Have a friend going to Pattaya next week.
I see about the only sauna listed is SanSuk and guest house.
Is the sauna open to everyone or only guests staying there??
Is it worthwhile customer wise to go?? Evening best time I assume??
