they are behind schedule in construction. can you believe that? in thailand. my friends tell me they should be open mid next month.

Soft Opening scheduled for 29th April..Major part of the delay caused by 17+ Permits Required. Government extended Songkran, so hence Permits and Officials still Missing up Country.
