5th Dec King's Birthday - bars open/closed?

Anyone know what is happening on Friday, the King's Birthday? Bars open /closed, selling alcohol or not?

Also Wednesday next week, 10th December is Constitution Day, same question.

If I rememebr rightly, last year was down to local police.

Bangkok were open, Boyztown were shut, Sunnee were open (I think)

Bar owners don't usually get the closure notice until 10pm on the night before.
