Wouldn't the Board Calendar be a more appropriate place for these adverts?

I would think that a Sticky helps promote up and coming events. Then when the event has taken place the sticky removed.

Seems like a way of geting ones attention to help promote an event. Of course if you do for one, you should do for all.... It seems to of gotten yours.
