Adding photos to a message - currently I cannot

Something has changed.

I used to add photos from Photobucket which can give me a URL with [IMG] at the beginning and end of the address and used to work fine

Occasionally I would click on the img button and add [img] at either end of the message and this worked fine - I think

Finding that these two did not work I clicked on "add an image" and Browsed from my Desktop and uploaded but it did not turn into a photo on the message.

I have tried using my Safari and Forefox browsers.

I just changed my name back from TeePee to wowpow

Any ideas how to enliven the board with photos?

I'm not sure what the problem is.
If I try to edit your post - adding an image from my desktop works fine.
I use IE7 which does give problems elsewhere but not on this board.

The link to photobucket (above) is to a very small pic.
Do you want it as an avatar ? if so I can load it for you

It worked in "reply" mode but not in "edit" mode ?????

Thanks Jinks, I see that others are loading photos but I still cannot in New Message or Reply. I just tried all 3 ways offered to load photos and they did not work. Help!

If I click what appears to be a link to "upload picture" in the lower left of the compose box then nothing happens.

You might try others of the free image hosters on the net. I just successfully used http://imageshack.us/

Lets see if this works -- all I did was copy the [img] file on photobucket and paste here..
