"Would you like lemon grass chicken with that?" could be the new refrain at McDonald's as the fast food giant tests a menu aimed at people too busy even to use a microwave. Maccas plans to trial four up-market dinner dishes in Australia: lemon grass chicken; rendang beef; orange, lime and ginger chicken; and beef bolognese.
