I passed the new airport 2 times and don't know what all the fuss is about it won't reduce time more than 20 minutes to Pattaya I think. The airport is just outside Bangkok.

some say it could cut an hour from the trip? must depend on the traffic lol

The new Bangkok air port will be From the 1st to 30th of ---------- 2006.
And the taxi fares will be the same or more to Pattaya.
