Phuket nightclub fire - 4 dead
Diligent OH&S and fire safety is not their strong point...

One thing that struck me today looking at some of the photos (and you can see it in the photo in BLs post ) is that the blue fire escape ladders are still in place -- you might have assumed that those ladders would have been used (if working properly ) and still in place extended to ground level this morning ??
