For that hot Scot I would almost be willing to fly to the highlands, get drunk, wander out to the fields, bend over and start bleating.
I would imagine the Kilt to be quite nice. Your boys and hanging out getting lots of fresh air. Very nice.

well makes it much easier to moon someone, but I am sure that is not the reason. but hit Google images and check put naked guys in Kilts seems it makes very quick access.
