What's reasonable and what's unreasonable? This is a minefield of a road you're going down. A road that sooner or later, blows everybody up.
What's reasonable and what's unreasonable? That's up to Moses to decide. It's a private enterprise. No need for him to justify or explain his decisions to board members. IMHO (I know, my opinion is not universally shared.).
