Welll DUH! It's already been shown that those who are NOT receiving treatment and have high viral loads are MUCH more likely to pass it on. Studies show that your chances of becoming infected by those receiving treatment who often have a "undetectable" viral load are actually quite small. This alone is a good reason to get these Poz Thai boys treatment. Not only will it save their lives, it will reduce the chances of them passing it along (since we know many of them DO NOT practice safe sex).
