I'm sure they will offer more than a foot massage.
Back in January, when massage shops were strictly supposed to be closed, I had no problem finding a massage in that area OR down in Jomtien.
Some were openly trading.
Others had the roller shutter door half open and boys loitering around ready to approach any likely customers.

I think Newbie's post was tongue in cheek.
