Cheap 3 Month Accommodation

I'm planning my 1st visit since 2014. I hope to come in Feb. 2024 and stay for 3 months. Back then I was staying at Lek Apartments, a 5 minute walk to Sunee. The small air-con room cost 5000 bhat per month.
I am seeking an air-con room with wi-fi near 2nd Road, Thappraya Rd. or Jomtien Complex for under 10,000 bhat per month. (houseboy optional). Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated and rewarded with free drinks when I arrive.
