Thanks Dinagam. I know that area somewhat. Easy to find it ... as I assume that red thing-ma-jig in the map is the place.

Actually the red Thingy is a bit away from 3rd road and makes it look as if the place is on a side street. It isn’t, it is right on 3 rd road.
