At the age of 68 and after 16 years running the Villa and its associated company Pragconnect Gastro sro, I now plan to let go of the reins and hand over the business by 2014.

An 11 years lease is available, with an option to prolong it at its conclusion. Moreover, the leaseholder will have the right of first refusal if the freehold of the property is ever made available.

It also has strong links with several reputable travel companies, including Recommendation, http://www.booking.com, http://www.laterooms.com and http://www.venere.com, as well as with other gay hotels around the world. We have built up a database of almost 4,000 e-mail addresses on our extensive mailing list and our unique product-offering ensures that we have a very loyal and regularly-returning customer base.
We enjoy good relations with the city authorities in Prague and regularly and easily pass inspection by such agencies as the city construction office, the clerkтАЩs office, social services and hygiene regulators. On the few occasions in the past that an issue has been raised, we have dealt with it quickly and to the satisfaction of the authorities. My lawyer Dr Kopa, who has been associated with the Villa for many years, will be able to confirm that all rules and regulations are observed and that the Villa is in good legal standing.
