Does anyone know if there is a gay karaoke bar in Pattaya?

Try Romeo. Its opposite TukCom on the Eastern side. Same street as Baan Doc Mai, near the junction with Pattaya Tai.

There are 100s of Boy Karaokes in Pattaya.... Not so many Gay Karaokes any more

ID complex is the old Idol - whih has now been turned into a Karaoke bar, located on same street as Tum Nan Issan/Hollywood (again off 3rd road an behind Morlam field):
