AdamтАЩs Apple is located on the third floor of a building directly across the street from the Lotus Hotel in Chiang Mai.

AdamтАЩs Apple is essentially a go-go / show bar with shows nightly at 11:00 pm. The show runs for about an hour or more and includes some of the more daring acts going in the country.

I recall being in Thailand a few years back when the authorities were cracking down on the shows and virtually every bar in the country had limited what they did except AdamтАЩs Apple. I had brought a friend with me from Hong Kong and it was the first Thai club that my friend had ever been to. Last nightтАЩs show was just as good as it was last time, but with more dancing and cabaret acts included in the mix. They have about 25 boys doing the go-go thing and in the show.

They have pylons embedded into the ceiling to filter the light and to give the club a reddish glow. IтАЩm always reminded of a raunchy porno I saw some years back involving pylons when I look up. There couch like seating against one wall with auto-man like stools on the floor and high stool / tables on the other side and in the back. There are a few pillars that can block the view of the show so you would do best to choose seating that allows you to see the whole thing while being comfortable. The stools are not the most comfortable.

The stage is of ceramic tiles, allowing them to have shower shows although they didnтАЩt have this on this visit. There is a walkway from the stage almost to the bar at the back for the go-go boys to dance on as if they are right beside / above where you are sitting. This allows for some very close up viewing. Most of the boys looked as though they were genuinely having fun, not just shifting uncomfortably with the music from leg to leg.

AdamтАЩs Apple is a great place to spend your late evening while in Chiang Mai.

Is the tossing of (rotten?) vegetables at each other and ~ as collateral damage ~ the audience, still a part of the show?

It was some years ago, and I recall being almost impaled by the spikes of a (rotten?) durian fuit passing like a scud missile just above my head. An 'interesting' show for sure, for the less faint of heart. There was a fuck show back then as well . . . but the lights were very low and thus difficult to distinguish between a boneafide fuck from a dry hump. Though I appreciated either one, I tried my very best to witness "true" penetration with my cute little opera glasses (carried everywhere!) ... to no avail.

One scene with three Nalak Num in a three-seat-Horng-Nam equipped with two step-through-glory-holes. It looked realistic in the dim light but the waiter (I offed) told me: "Sai Grork....Mai jing-jing." (Thai sausage....Not real.) Meaning; Those in the show, not the one he was serving.
I thought, "Why do I never have a wicker basket, a turban and a recorder?..." But, as it turned out, I didn't....Need them, that is. And this was pre-vitamin V!

I must confess that I usually get a kick out of the Adam's Apple shows - a cross between community theatre and a f**k show. I vividly remember the Boy with the Broken Leg and the Horny Male Nurse skit, the Eagle Scout and the Tenderfoot skit, and the Athletes in the Lockerrom skit. When I first started visiting Adam's Apple the sex was obviously simulated. These days, it looks realistic.
