It will take someone with alot of know how to take over the running of Monty's old pool, it was cleaner when he had it, and open for business! the trouble with it was the type of business. Lets hope someone takes it with some business knowledge. It could be a great place

It will take someone with a whole lot of capital behind them to take over the pool area. The lease alone is high but all the remodeling to be done is staggering. I don;t see how anyone could re-coup their investment.
