Police to release list, photos of indicted Western paedophil

The Thai police will soon release to the public a list of 50 indicted Western paedophiles and their photographs that it has received from European police, Maj-General Wimol Pao-in said yesterday.

Canadian Christopher Paul Neil, who was arrested last week in Nakhon Ratchasima following a global manhunt, is ranked 13th on the list, said Wimol, commander of the force's Children, Juveniles and Women Division.

All 50 people on the list are men. Most are accused of sexually abusing underage boys, though some are alleged to have targeted young girls. Most of them recorded their sex acts with children and distributed the images on the Internet.

Wimol said that the list was prepared by a network of European police forces with Interpol's help.

He gave the details of four men on the list who have already been arrested by his division, all in Chon Buri province. They are German Andreas Hueinger, 55, who was arrested in December 2006; Italian Enrigo Dellea, 48, in February 2006; Australian Jason Jenkins, whose arrest date is not known; and German Jjorg Rudolph Fiedler, 43, in March 2006.

Other men on the list on the run in Thailand, and for whom warrants have been issued, are American Grant Richard; 61, Briton Stephen James Allison, 55; and Finn Ilkka Ylikojola, 55. All three men were also based in Chon Buri and were last seen there.

Wimol said most paedophiles exploited children's innocence to prey on them. The lowest amount reported to have been paid to a child in exchange for sex is Bt200, he said.

He said his division worked with Immigration Police to arrest suspects when they tried to enter or leave the country.

    We need your help!

Look, our Paparazzi Volunteer Police (PVP) is working overtime to keep you safe from old men enjoying sex with younger ones. You have to do your part too to help in the battle to save the world and humanity from this menace! OK? Stop whining and send lawyers, guns and money!

    hardly pedo activities..

It is very poor taste dragging up this old incident about a well known bar owner in Sunee and it behooves the moderators
at Central to consider deleting this thread concerning an old charge about a 17y.o. boy and certainly one with his name and other info.

I have noticed the usual band of pedos that prey on the under 15 y.o. set seem to have decreased greatly and many have
not made their usual annual appearances. You can get an idea of who is in town, at a little Sunee coffee shop with a great view of
Kaos/Village Rouge. Maybe the word is out that the police are looking for them or maybe they will appear soon.

Looks like a hot time in Sunee for those who prey upon the little ones.. :cat:
I urge the moderators to edit this thread, close it or whatever............

    17 y.o. boys are underage!

    Hi catawampuscat.

This news is only a few months old and took place this year! You think that's old?

Look, if this piece of news is so unpleasant to you, then I suggest you waltz over to Pattaya Daily News and talk to the interested party there, who also happens to be a Pattaya Volunteer Policeman, and tell him to take it off of his web server.

By the way, find out what ever became of this case. I like to keep up on the ins and outs of things.

    OK?

    Ta-ta!

Usually I not respond to nonsense. Also I don't need to defend, because there is nothing to defend. The status is no evidence, because they picked the wrong guy. But it was very nice to remember me. I appriciate! May you are the next they arrest for allegations without evidence! TA-TA

    I am really glad Peter!

    Peter,

You don't know how happy I am to hear that there was no evidence in your case!!! I am amazed at the claims that Pattaya Daily News made! You mean those statements were all lies? They made VERY explicit observations about how shocked you were when they found you "in flagrante delicto" with an underage 17 year old boy! It was the headline!

It's really hard for me not to believe the words printed in a paper with direct ties to a Pattaya Paparazzi Volunteer Policeman (Pee-Pee V.P.) but if you say there was no evidence, then I will accept that as fact.

How about in Germany, was there no evidence there too? Certainly you don't want any nasty surprises coming from Germany that they talked about in that article in The Nation yesterday! inflamatory nonsense-

re-hashing this old non news about a respected businessman who was entirely innocent.

The real question should be why is one reading any of these gutter style Thai rags that have taken their inspiration from Fleet Street's tabloids ?.
    *********************************

There are numerous western police in Thailand who continue to stir up trouble and justify their existence.

People are not "pedophiles" because they go with someone who happens to be under the legal age...foolish maybe and very stupid and certainly breaking the law.

But to continually call someone a pedophile in those cases does not respect the real child victims of real pedophiles-those who have a fixation on young children.

Members should also perhaps look to statistics in their home countries where recent reports show that 1 in 15 children in a land of plenty like Australia is subject to child abuse ( read the latest awful story about a 2 year old boy's body being found by old other children ,in a suitcase floating in a duck pond :

    http://www.news.com.au/story/0,23599,22 ... om=mostpop)

..these figures reflect the same in the USA but are not as bad as abuse figures in the UK.

Resources are wasted in the wrong areas as police forces become politicized and seek publicity like cheap soapie stars !!
    *************************************

    Now-pour me another drink !
I'm only a light drinker. When it's daylight I drink.
