You need to be Native English speaker...have Bachelor's Degree and desire to teach English.
The usual TEFL Teacher when teaching English to Thais in classrooms usually are
teaching "Conversational English" as the Thai teachers teach the grammar, spelling, writing of English...
but they lack the skills of teaching Conversational English ....as they are not Native English speakers.
