    I have no experience with those products, but I can highly recommend Pimsleur Thai, available through Amazon. The Becker courses are also very good, but I recommend to do the Pimsleur course first, and then after that do "Thai for Beginners", by Becker.

    Thanks for your reply. I have both books you suggest and I concur with your recommendation. The ThaiVisa products look a liitle different and therefore my original inquiry.

    Having tried the Pimsleur method.. I'm finding The RosettaStone CDs much easier. If you order the real thing.. it's about $200 US. But you can get the disc at Pantip Plaza in BKK for about $2.50 hehe
