No shortage for the time being
A new freh water supply pipeline is in use since last year.
For the time being the water shortage problem is solved. A new pipeline has been build and is in use since summer 2006.
Pumping can commence 50 million cubic meters water per year. Everyone can put their minds at ease; there will be no more water shortages.

Maprachan reservoir is full; many people donтАЩt have water; trucks selling water ply the streets. An infrastructure problem, I suppose.
Imagine that.
