I think that the Silom area - certainly around Patpong - area is a high priced or "no have" area. My information is quite old 2 years plus. All of a sudden supplies of reasonably priced ED drugs disappeared from all the pharmacies in that area and only herbal ones offered. I did ask around after that and some were supplying but at ludicrous prices. There was a place on Silom where they offered Kamagra at, somthing like, THB800 for 4 pills. At that time I was able to buy the same for THB330 in Pattaya.
From various boards and friends I have heard that everyone who buys in Bangkok seems to do so on Suckhumvit Road but, sorry, I don't know where.
Currently I have Kamagra from Mynmar which was bought for US$2 (THB65 and falling ) for 4 pills.

if you cant find a pharmacy ask some bar owners/waiters to source some for you and choose the best priced.
Not sure about Silom, but SUKhumwit should be fruitful.

2. There was suggestion of Sukhimvit. Can anybody recommend one there... Just the nearest Soi will do.

IT is harder to just walk into a pharmacy in BKK and find what you are looking for. And if you do, it will be a lot more expensive than in Pattaya. In Pattaya, you can almost walk into any pharmacy (near the bars) and find the spin offs of Viagra and Kamagra pills and jell.
