Is there some reason you’re unable to use Google? If you did so you would readily see that there’s a discussion about when it may end rather than its official end. In brief it ends officially immediately before a weekend so some people are surmising the “celebrations” might continue until the Sunday evening

Some towns (especially Pattaya I believe) go longer. Drunken farang louts insist on it.
In Hua Hin the water fights are allowed only one day.
In Bangkok ... not sure.

I guess we’re both assuming he means “Songkran”. AFAIK “sukran” is a 24/7/52 festival irrespective of location - and I note you have largely ignored his question “in Pattaya”
