Is there some reason you’re unable to use Google? If you did so you would readily see that there’s a discussion about when it may end rather than its official end. In brief it ends officially immediately before a weekend so some people are surmising the “celebrations” might continue until the Sunday evening

    Songkran: April 15 -- April 17, 2019

Some towns (especially Pattaya I believe) go longer. Drunken farang louts insist on it.
In Hua Hin the water fights are allowed only one day.
    In Bangkok ... not sure.

(Pay no attention to Frequent's pop sociology.)
Just another reason why I love living in Thailand

I guess we’re both assuming he means “Songkran”. AFAIK “sukran” is a 24/7/52 festival irrespective of location - and I note you have largely ignored his question “in Pattaya

Songkran in Pattaya will finish on 19 April. .Designated by the authorities and nothing to do with farangs (drunken or otherwise) insisting on dragging it out so long.

Surely it will start on April 13th? Same as every other year?

And as others have written it will finish late on the night of the 19th in Pattaya

If your jokes are like this it would certainly help if you would indicate with whatever means you like .
