Both legroom and the way that the seats recline. This is it on this issue until I get back.
Let me add that the service was great, surprisingly great
I agree the seating is much better.
I just flew back from Japan to Denver in Coach on a United 777 Dreamliner.
The seats are more confortable than the 767 I flew out on.
The row spacing or seat pitch seems greater, or maybe it is just how the new seats are designed.
There was more leg and knee space.
And they have fixed the way the seats recline. Still in that funny slide fashion but not like before.
Now if the Service was great than it could not have been United...
I do not now how United can serve sure terrible meals and charge for alcoholic drinks in an International Flight.
But they do.
For me it will be back to Cathy Pacific!!
I always found the 767 seating better since 2-3-2 rather than 3-3-3 as on 777. Lots of legroom just behind the Biz Class seating. As for service, unless in Biz Class nothing much to write good about. I go out of my way to fly on 767 because of their seating arrangements.
