new sauna Rush

New sauna advertised but not much info. Is it in Sukhumvvit 48 soi 3? there seem to be clusters of saunas in BKK but can they survive.

The gay sauna market in Bangkok might be saturated. I went to Men Factory last year (few customers) and d.blu last week (only customer when I came, then another customer was there when I left). In my opinion, a sauna needs a "critical mass" number of customers. If I knew in advance that there are less than 30 customers, I wouldn't even bother to enter (unless I knew from somewhere that numbers will increase soon).

I will probably stick to long established saunas (39 underground, Chakran, Farose, Deja Vu, The Beach Resort, and so on) and visit all of them first before going to newcomers.
