One week ago I proposed in a Notice here that the Flaming Room would be dismantled and the posts held inside repatriated with the Forum they were originally from.

The work is now complete and effective immediately, the Flaming Room will become the Holding Room a temporary holding Forum for topics of Private Squabbles, Bad Attitude, Bar Fights and Flame Wars (Where the gloves have come off). This would include topics that have had to be moved so that they donтАЩt create a spreading disruption in the Forum at large, that they are being moved from. Topics that start as wars or evolve into warsтАжcould be moved entirely, resulting in less of a need to split a topic due to a brawl and then allow us to move it back entirety later, for archiving. Two months should be enough inactive time for us to give before moving it back to the original Forum

The Flaming Forum can now evolve into something more useful, a tool to continue to allow free speech for the overall over all board and yet to not have this activity in the main Forums. Ideally, the Holding Room would become empty from inactivity or would evolve into something elseтАжat this time, who knows?

The non-current TBB / Neal junk has been filed in Open DiscussionтАжlocking it will allow us to move it right out of the way and allow time to rightfully bury it.
I have left a few newer topics still in the Holding Room until they cool off....at which time they will be re-filed into their applicable Forum
The Holding Room will continue to be for (active) members only.
