Correction: What the poster really means is studio/bed sit accommodation in a non central location. The building(s) are more like tenement blocks(plenty of Russian neighbors etc) and the rooms for rent have been gaudily furnished and that's why they are being advertised here as so far no mug has been fooled into a lease agreement.

Thats not true at all , if you want to live in Jomtien , VT5 is very central located, only 5 min walk to Jomtien complex.

Maybe the building itself doesnt look attractive from the outside , but the rooms can be very nice and furniture is more up to you.
And Russians you cant avoid wherever you choose to stay in Jomtien .
