Periodically your PM boxes get too full and the system shuts you out.

The sent box under the messages selection is for messages that you have sent but the person has not read yet.

The Outbox and Inbox is what should get full. The Outbox is messages you have sent that have been read and Inbox messages that have been sent to you.

To clean these boxes go to your Inbox and afterwards your Outbox and select all the messages you wish to delete. If you wish to select all there is a selection at the bottom of the page for "mark all". Then the box needs to be changed to "delete marked". This box is a drop down box at the bottom right. Select and you will have deleted those ON THIS PAGE. Remember if your box is full you have several pages of messages that need to be cleared out.
