Just returned from a long break at home.
Booked into the Suriwong Hotel (floor 3), had a wonderful seafood meal in the soi leading to the Rose hotel, went for a (real) massage beside the Tarntawan hotel and then headed for soi "Twilight".
As is usual for me my first few drinks were taken in the bar on the left attached to "Hotmale"a go-go. The jug of beer is good value there and to share is appreciated by the staff.
I wandered along the Soi visiting the many (for me) new open bars. For a while I found it difficult to face up to a reality that was unfolding before me, namely that a lot more than half the patrons were straight women, 'falang' and 'asian' coming in twos and fours, with fag friends or without, "dragged' into the go-go bars by the touts who assured them that the bar 'have many lady inside already' and so on as they protested and made a show of being reluctant observers of the big cocks. But many of them who came to scoff remained to prey. Many of the finest boys in BBB were marched off by them while the gays slunk in their seats- put in their rightful place once again- perverted loosers in the competition for straight boys.
AND ALL THIS IN BARS THAT ARE SUPPOSED TO BE GAY VENUES.
So how long more will the bar owners in "Soi Twilight" have it both ways? It's up to the gays themselves.
My view is that the place should be added to many locations where women can pick up straight boys and gays should abandon the place and start again elsewhere. The least the homosexuals deserve, after travelling thousands of miles, is the same freedom enjoyed by the hetrosexuals to socialise with straight women/men.
I did abandon the place and found myself in Sunnee Plaza but as yet I've not been to Boystown. Sunnee has a good feel to it, neighbourly/neighborly, reasonable prices, a good variety of bars but very quiet. I noticed a strange mixture of women and children on the terrace of a big go-go bar there but thankfully little sign of the many street children I used to see there.
Tomorrow "boys" town which by now is probably another ladies' boy town.
