Hi this house is around 230 sqm .

cost about 3.6

We have now started the biggest single story house we have built around 400 sqm , this will be a very nice house wooden ceilings ,and floors in some areas , build in Kitchen with Island counter ,picks on there way of footing work and ring beam ,ring beam only 30 cube of concrete .

P-S dont get tooooo wet this weekend . :happy7:
