"Terrorists in parliament"
Abhisit clearly remembers his time in Thatcher's Britain and learned its lessons. It was Margaret Thatcher who used routinely to refer to (Saint) Nelson Mandela, then still imprisoned, as a "terrorist". Abhisit now describes Pheu Thai's supporters (ie. a democratic party contesting a democratic election) as "terrorists". The word first came to be used during the French Revolution to describe government agents who were part of the government's Reign of Terror.
