Pattaya bars update, anyone?

I'll be in Pattaya from 21 - 23 Dec and was wondering if anyone could provide an update on the bars in Boystown/Sunee areas. The last time I was in Pattaya was 2002 so I'm guessing things have changed a bit (well, a lot) since then...

Due to the low tourist numbers, you currently have a bunch of people who look like this:

Wow.......in 8 years most of the bars in the areas changed owners, closed and re-opened, changed management, changed set-up, refurbished, name it and it happened.

What definetly changed are drink- and off-prices and the average age of the boys working in the areas has gone up (luckily).
Just come and experience the changes.
