I searched for dates...found $3.00 night available in Phuket late September...
looks like $3.00 rate every other day...so three days:

Ibis Phuket Kata...3 nights Sept 27-30 total $65.32...
average per night $18.34...

One night Sept 29th...$3.05 including.
