Now that the chinese government are unpegging their currency to the US dollar (albeit only slightly), down the line we will see a much stronger chinese currency. What impact do you think it will have on Thailand? Some Asian currencies have become stronger over the past couple of days. I'm just wondering whether there is going to be an impact, could we see a strong bht, that could play havoc with tourists, not so much Australia as they are part of the Asian bloc when it comes to trade but certainly the western hemisphere. We could in a few years time see even 35 bht to the UK pound. Dread the thought.
