    Bombs in Silom

This just come in on wire here in HK a la BKPost
"Four bombs exploded on Silom Road not far from the red-shirts' rally site on Thursday night, injuring at least 10 people including a male foreigner, police said.

The grenades were believed to be fired from M79 grenade launchers.

The first three explosions took place at around 8pm, injuring three men.

One of the grenades hit Sala Daeng skytrain station, injuring a skytrain passenger. Another bomb went off at Thaniya Road, injuring the male foreigner.

All of the injured were rushed to Bangkok Christian Hospital.

The explosions took place after 8pm"

Will this stop the SGF queens scrapping? Probably not!

You don't say! I guess that's why everyone thought they were pretty safe on an elevated railway station. Besides, as the protest sites keep moving, does that mean all those other sex tourists you keep encouraging to come to Bangkok ("it's so safe") will have to keep changing hotels based on the daily news bulletin?

I have read nothing of yours that tells me that you are anyone worthwhile meeting. Since you think I have some military rank that confirms my opinion.

Colonel Andrew Homintern, at your service. You have to admit, it has a nice ring to it.

    Interesting video... thanks for posting.

Just crazy. So using 40mm grenade launchers in crowded places has become pretty routine in Bangkok now.

I hope the lunatics don't progress to using 66mm rockets or 81mm mortars. You could almost guarantee many fatalities then.

    I just found this one...

I'm having a bit of trouble deciding what's going on but the comments suggest it shows a "shot" from the flyover.
