Im needing to make this a thing. But my building I have to go downstairs to get the delivery and from there it’s usually a hand off. Any ideas of a work around?
For instance, the Grab app lets you send a message. I could ask if he wanted a bj. How do I say this in Thai? And would that be a problem with Grab?

You are not alone with this fantasy. There is various amateur porn (in the older days handyman/plumber/electrician, nowadays food delivery guy) that caters to this taste.

I never ordered food delivery, so the first question is, how do you know who will show up? Does their schedule allow breaks? I'm not a "fuck and go", or in your case "suck and go" person, a quicky doesn't do it for me.

Handing over the goods and the money (or already paid online?) in a public space and not at your door is indeed a disadvantage. This is general, several of my friends in Bangkok live in fancy apartments that cost a lot of money to rent, but access to elevator is only with key card, so they have to go down to receive guests. Whereas my last room in Bangkok was accessible for outsiders, I could tell boys the room number and wait for knock on my door.

There must be a way around that, like sending a one-time code to the delivery guy or guest so they can use the elevator, or open locked doors, to come to your room. Business idea?

I have friend here (in Moscow), who does that very simple: if delivery boy is cute then he shows him 5000 Rub bill (around 2500 Bahts) and asks "Do you have 2 hours of vacant time?" Works like a charm.

With this question a nice memory becomes live again...

I travelled by public transport around Tunisia and so I arrived very late with my back-pack in a Tunesian (desert) city, I don't even recall the name.
I was exhausted from the summer heat even at 11 in the evening. I strolled around, sweathy and hot and was lucky to find a very small hotel.
The boss at the desk (wouldn't call it a reception) gave me the room key and I asked if I could buy a bottle of water. He said he would send someone up.
The room was hot (not airco) and after my shower I streched on the bed in my underwear. Tired but a bit excited too. There was a knock on the door. A nice slim tunesian twink with a bottle of water smiled at me...and probably noticed my visible excitement.... He entered the room and told me he was responsible for the kitchen and said I was the only guest in the small hotel. He should go back to the boss because he was just told to deliver the bottle of water, but he would gladly come back if I could wait about 15 min.
A while later he stood smiling at the door and entered discreet and joined me on the bed and in a few minuted we were naked and ready for fun! He could not stay too long but we had half an hour hot fun. Sometimes you have to look out for a guy and nothing happens, sometimes it's just an unexpected knock on the door and whoop!

Around 23:50 I go down to check at reception and have a look outside. When going back, receptionist asks me if I have enough water (subconsciously I think he is gay and hitting on me). Minutes after back in my room, down to underwear, a knock on the door. It’s the receptionist with a bottle of water. He enters my room and closes the door (that can only mean one thing), puts the water in the fridge and praises my white skin. I just smile and thank him for the compliment and point out weak sunburn as detraction. Then he proceeds to play with my nipples, and checks if I’m hard. Now I can without doubt say he is gay and hitting on me, but he is not my type at all! I thank him for the water and open the door, he gets the message and leaves. (I would have asked the following day if there is any gay-for-pay action in Pattani, but he was absent the morning, probably night shift.)

And in a hotel in Suphanburi, I have been in my room for a few minutes, the cute boy I spotted before at reception comes to bring me bottles of water. But no interaction, I can't even meet his eyes. Following day I chat him up, but nothing I could use for my purpose.

And in a hotel in Chiang Mai, I'm back late (after disco?) and tired and about to go to bed, when it knocks and one of the staff brings me a plate of fruit. I just take the plate, say "thank you" and proceed to sleep. Next day he chats me up and tells me they compare how attractive guests are by sharing passport copies of guest who checked in during a staff's absence.
