I remember when spending a little time with him / having a few drinks in 2017 / 2018 (I don't know him well, have just spent a little time together) that he was missing several front upper teeth and was obviously shy about smiling etc. When I'd spent a little time with him prior to then I don't recall him having missing teeth, but probably would have noticed (but if I would have remembered that is a different story altogether lol!!).
