===how far are we away from animation?===
I can make animation even now, but it is time-consuming (in meanings of computer processor time), typical frame rate for animation is 25 frames per 1 sec. So even 10 sec long animation will means 250 frames (pictures), i.e. about 3-4 hours on my not weak computer plus 1-2 hours of pre and post processing. It doesn't worth to do.

any sites you can recommend that do animation. Must say nthe stuff you post on siamroads is very professional looking so doesnt look like your "weak" computer is an impediment
