I'm curious Moses, how do you think his all ends for Russia? This is going to go on for years, but at the end of it all, what do you see for Russia? Do you think Russia is going to win out and be better off in 2032 than it was in 2022 or something, or?

Still wrong - you need to consult up-to-date information such as the International Criminal Court website "Assembly of States Parties to the Rome Statute) (https://asp.icc-cpi.int/states-parties: STATUS AS AT : 20-05-2022 09:15:46 EDT) that I cited earlier. The same information is on the Human Rights Watch website, though that was current in 2020 (https://www.hrw.org/news/2020/09/02/...-united-states) which states what I posted earlier, namely: "11. Which countries support the ICC? The ICC has the backing of established and emerging democracies around the world. Its governing body, the Assembly of States Parties (ASP), currently consists of 123 countries that have ratified the Rome Statute: 33 from the Africa region, 19 from the Asia-Pacific region, 18 from Eastern Europe, 28 from the Latin American and Caribbean region, and 25 from Western Europe and North America." Note the clause "currently consists of 123 countries that have ratified the Rome Statute." I am assuming that the ICC would definitely know which countries have ratified the treaty, i.e., "sign or give formal consent to (a treaty, contract, or agreement), making it officially valid." To ratify means their Parliaments have given official approval.
Moreover, as of January 26, 2022, 43 States out of the 123 States Parties to the ICC Statute are now bound by "Kampala Review Conference Amendments to the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court (ICC) on the crime of aggression and war crimes" (https://www.pgaction.org/news/italy-...-kampala.html; https://treaties.un.org/Pages/ViewDe...=18&clang=_en: STATUS AS AT : 20-05-2022 09:15:46 EDT). These amendment relate to the crime of aggression. The amendments define the crime of aggression in accordance with United Nations General Assembly Resolution 3314. Acts of aggression are: invading another state; bombing another state; blockading the ports or coastlines of another state; attacking the land, sea, or air forces, or marine or sea fleets of another state; violating a status of forces agreement; using armed bands, groups, irregulars or mercenaries against another state; allowing territory to be used by another state to perpetrate an act of aggression against a third state.
The last would particularly apply to the actions of Belarus and the so-called People's Republics of Luhansk and Donetsk, which are formally recognized so far only by Russia, each other, South Ossetia and Abkhazia (in a form of mutual admiration society as no-one else acknowledges their independence). So far, even Belarus does not recognize them.
Look at Turkey. Member of NATO occupies half of foreign country already 50 years - North Cyprus. What do you think about it? Modern generations even don't know that fact.
US killed hundreds of thousands in Vietnam, had poisoned half of country with chemicals. There is huge "War museum" in Saigon. US tourists visits it by tens of thousands yearly without any blush on their faces.
Most human population has memory shorter than cartoon's fish Dory has. Guppies, ticktockers.
When Russia got Crimea in 2014, a lot of European countries spoke about sanctions and had implemented sanctions. In 2022 public suddenly got news what since 2015 Italy supplied Russia with parts for tank targeting devices. It is how business works. When government will need some business - it will just talk and make agreements.
All these cries about Russian evils will be stopped just like switched off by one click. And lemmings will start run to different side - all together - under commands translated via CNN, BBC, FOX, Russia-1 and Pravda. Human civilization saw it many times already, and now translators are personal - in each smartphone lemming has personal translator, government even doesn't have to print order on the paper and to stick it to telegraph pole; all govts have own mass-medias for that: at one year "Azov" is "Nazi battalion", after 1 year is ultra-right battalion, at next year it is battalions of patriots.
Look at Mr. Alzheimer - he without any blush on the face explains to nation what fuel prices are so high because "Putin did it", despite what prices are such high since 2021 already. He will not mention what inflation is so high at past 3 months because of expenses of his govt. UK will have this year maximal inflation since 1980, but Johnson will explain it not by his stupid decisions, but he says "because of Putin".
For 3/4 of the world even current conflict is something what for you is conflict btw Somaliland and Somali - something what is going somewhere far-far from here.

Oh good, Putin has decided to start making battlefield decisions. Apparently he's not happy with the generals, and has taken the approach that if you want something done, you need to do it yourself.
I'm sure this will end up wonderfully.
The fact that "Most human population has memory shorter than cartoon's fish Dory has. Guppies, ticktockers," probably explains why the top 10 destinations for Vietnamese students wanting to study elsewhere are Japan, US, Australia, Korea, Canada, France, UK, Germany, Finland and New Zealand.
"Despite the global pandemic, Vietnam is still in the top 10 countries, in terms of citizenship, with the largest number of international students in the United States, with 32,507 students studying at all education levels in calendar year 2020, according to data from the Student and Exchange Visitor Information System (SEVIS) of the U.S. Department of Homeland Security.
In addition, Vietnam remains the sixth leading country of origin for all international higher education students in the United States, with 21,631 students studying at U.S. institutions of higher education in the academic year 2020-2021. Among community college enrollment, Vietnamese students continue to constitute the second largest group of foreign students, accounting for almost 11 percent of all international enrollments, according to the Institute of International Education’s (IIE) annual Open Doors Report (https://www.trade.gov/country-commer...n-and-training).
"In 2020, there were 17,030 Vietnamese students studying in ROC (Taiwan), making Vietnam the largest source of overseas students in Taiwan for the first time." Huynh Tam Sang and Tran Hoang Nhung, "Retaining Vietnamese Talents in Taiwan," 2 August 2021 (https://taiwaninsight.org/2021/08/02...nts-in-taiwan/). They - or their parents and grandparents - must have forgotten that ROC (Taiwan) was on the US/South Vietnamese side.
"Therefore, asking the question as to what attracts Vietnamese students in such countries as Japan, the USA and Australia, it is possible to answer confidently – not only the education quality, a high level of the infrastructure and availability of necessary specialities, but also the opportunity to find a job in these countries and to become a resident of these countries" "Vietnamese students in Russia and abroad: tendencies and prospects" by Maria Nikolaevna KOZHEVNIKOVA, Moscow Automobile and Road Construction State Technical University (MADI), 125319, Moscow, Leningrad Avenue, 64, Russia. This paper also notes the difficulty of establishing reliable statistical data for the Russian Federation : "The fact that the author, writing this paper, faced a serious disruption in statistical data of domestic and foreign sources is of interest. Thus, according to the UNESCO data, in 2013, 1419 students arrived in Russia from Vietnam, whereas data being published over many years basing on the information of the Ministry of Education and Science of Russia give the number of 4676 people (Export of Russian educational services 2016)."
Ukraine's human rights ombudsman said a one-year-old boy was raped by Russian soldiers then died.
She said her office gets new reports of sexual violence by Russian soldiers every day.
These include cases where minors are raped, she said.
A one-year-old boy died after being raped by two Russian soldiers, the Ukrainian Parliament's Commissioner for Human Rights said on Thursday.
The accusation is one of the most horrific from Russia's invasion of Ukraine, but is not unique.
Denisova Liudmyla Leontiivna said in the statement that it gets reports of sexual violence against Ukrainians every day, including against children.
The majority of new reports were coming from around Kharkiv, she said, though did not give a specific location for the allegation about the one-year-old. Most reports were made by relatives or, for those who did not die, by the victims themselves, she said.
Russian forces have this week been withdrawing from the area around Kharkiv, Ukraine's second-largest city, which had long been subject to heavy attacks.
The commissioner said on Thursday that her office recieved 10 reports of sexual violence in one hour on Thursday, including eight cases of minors being raped.
"I appeal to the UN Commission for Investigation Human Rights Violations during the Russian military invasion of Ukraine to take into account these facts of genocide of the Ukrainian people," Leontiivna said.
Russia's invasion of Ukraine has repeatedly been described as a genocide by Ukrainian officials, including President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, and reports of rape have been widespread.

Russia claims that it has a new laser weapon that can cook drones over three miles away in seconds.
A senior US defense official said there was nothing to corroborate these claims.
Ukraine's president ridiculed the Russian claims, comparing them to those of Nazi Germany.
And Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy ridiculed the Russian claims of a new "wonder weapon" in an evening address, comparing Russia's propaganda and claims of a game-changing laser weapon to those of Nazi Germany.
"The clearer it became that they had no chance in the war, the more propaganda there was about an amazing weapon that would be so powerful as to ensure a turning point," he said, referring to the Nazi propagandists who hyped so-called "wunderwaffe" during World War II.
"We see that in the third month of a full-scale war, Russia is trying to find its 'wonder weapon,'" he said. "This all clearly shows the complete failure of the mission."
Though Russia was largely expected to achieve victory over Ukrainian forces in a matter of weeks, if not days, the Russian forces have experienced setback after setback.
There have been reports of Russian troops surrendering without a fight, sabotaging their combat systems, and disobeying orders, Russian generals dying at alarming rates, and serious losses in poorly executed assaults. After the push on the Ukrainian capital of Kyiv stalled, Russia was forced to redirect its efforts to fighting in eastern Ukraine.
Although Russia's war effort has faltered, a senior US defense official said Thursday that Russian still has a "significant" amount of combat capability left to throw into the already brutal conflict. "This could be a prolonged fight," the official said.
