It is a gross understatement to state that the article is "still quite propagandist"!
Komomolskaya Pravda has been owned since 2017 by a the ESN Group headed by Grigory Victorovich Berezkin, one of Putin's pet oligarchs. The Kremlin has trusted him with the purchase of some media assets that are important for Putin's domestic propaganda system. He is also "the owner of a tabloid that is deferential to the Russian leader" (https://www.reuters.com/article/us-r...-idUSKBN1972KO). Berezkin's ESN Group has links to Gazprom. He is also on the board of various state-owned corporations.
He is also Number 107 on the UK's Office of Financial Sanctions Implementation, HM Treasury "CONSOLIDATED LIST OF FINANCIAL SANCTIONS TARGETS IN THE UK, CONSOLIDATED LIST OF FINANCIAL SANCTIONS TARGETS IN THE UK, Last Updated:19/05/2022 (https://assets.publishing.service.go...656/Russia.pdf).
There is no justification for the appalling war crimes committed by the Russian army, the International Court will continue to investigate and the evidence of these crimes continues to mount up. Human Rights Watch tells the truth, the free press in the rest of the world tells the truth, the Russian lies and unforgivable violence has no justification at all. Isolation and convictions for these war crimes are all that lies ahead for Russia. There is no justification for supporting an insane dictator like the Putin creature.

Unfortunately, the Russian Federation (along with China, Israel, Libya, Qatar and the USA) has not ratified the convention establishing the International Criminal Court, so it is unlikely Putin (like GW Bush, despite accidentally admitting it) will be tried as a war criminal.

It is shame what US and EU still collaborate with Ukrainian Nazi.
Precise quote from speech of adviser of UA president in Ukrainian TV. Mikhail Podoliak:
Typical Nazi speaking. For me, it is important that we liberate the Kherson region, and as harshly as possible for both collaborators and the Russian military. We need the waters of the Sea of Azov. I am in favor of forgetting the word "Russians" in the Kharkiv region. I am in favor of forgetting the word "Russians" in the Luhansk and Donetsk regions

1. ICU? Intensive Care Unit?
2. As usual, your information is wrong. 123 countries are State Parties to the UN Treaty and Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court. Out of them 33 are African States, 19 are Asia-Pacific States, 18 are from Eastern Europe, 28 are from Latin American and Caribbean States, and 25 are from Western European and other States. You can find a listing of them at https://asp.icc-cpi.int/states-parties. 31 other countries have signed but not ratified the Treaty, including Russia and the USA. Ukraine signed the Rome Statute on 20 January 2000, but due to a 2001 constitutional court ruling declaring the treaty incompatible with Ukraine's constitution, the government has not ratified the Statute.
3. The Rome Statute is a UN Treaty. The UN has 193 members - not 198. It also has two observers - The Vatican and Palestine.
3. The point of my comment - which you missed or ignored - is that Putin was unlikely to be tried by the ICC as a war criminal because Russia is not one of the State Parties to the Roman Statute. Whether or not history convicts him as a war criminal remains to be seen.
You invaded their country, destroyed all their towns, cities and infrastructure, raped their children, tortured and murdered others, et al.
I'm not sure what kind of response you were looking for, but that seems pretty legitimate to me.
And would you quit with the Nazi shit? Everyone knows it's simply not true. The hard line right wingers in Ukraine won 2% of the vote in the last election, and the President himself is Jewish, so this whole "we're getting rid of Nazis" thing just doesn't fly with the rest of the world.
