It isn't first nuclear site what is under control of Russia. Chernobyl zone and station is already few days under Russian control. Everything is going well there and Russian army patrols it together with Ukrainian National guards. Video is published on Russian Ministry of Defense website.

I don't even... the recklessness of the Russian military started a fire at Europe's largest nuclear power plant.
