There are two mamasans at Super A - one is a full-on ladyboy and the other is a little more masculine. The latter often drops into GC but we just ignore each other.

Both mamasans are arseholes.

I will come to Thailand next year february. I wanted to go to Pattaya , but heard that Eors is closed, I changed to Bangkok. But if GC, Nature and SuperA are all no-go's , I don't know anymore…. any idea ? I like twinks and muscle all alike, but I prefer sleazy bars....

I am also into cute twinks. In the last 12 years, I have probably stuck my head inside Golden Cock on most of the trips.

I have never seen a cute twink, or even a twink who would be just about acceptable if I relaxed standards. Nothing has ever enticed me to sit down and buy a drink. I pop in, realize it's a disaster and leave.

As they are still in business, I guess some people like it & I bet NONE of those people are into cute twinks.

Well, Khun really was very much another bar though very close by. Was specialising in what is now the gravest sin on earth. There has also even been a sauna for a month or 2 on the cornerhouse left to GC. GC has always been in the very same place. How cracked and torn down are the sofa"s by now?

I stand corrected. Wasn't "Khun Bar" previously called "Khun Cigar"? You have to give it to these old-time bars; they chose imaginative names.

I remember the sauna nearby. It was on three or four floors and well-appointed. The only thing lacking was guys. No wonder it didn't last long.

As I recall the name was Kuhn Sweet Cigar; it was the first bar I wandered into on my first trip to Thailand. Very strange place especially for a newcomer.

I doubt much has changed since I took these photos of The Golden Cock and Nature Boys a few years ago. I know I've got some pre-digital shots inside the Golden Cock somewhere but probably not worth posting.

Yes the interior of GC has not been refreshed in years and many of the boys you see there have literally been there for years as well.
